MEET RAY

Ray Ziganto is the Founder & CEO of Linara International, a consulting firm that specializes in domestic and international mechanical component manufacturing. With more than 30 years experience in precision metal stamping, plastic injection molding, and custom compounded thermoplastics, Ray is known for his ability to see patterns and trends where others see chaos. He is passionate about forging a path that unleashes the creativity that he believes exists in every manufacturing company, regardless of their level of technologic sophistication or industries served.

Ziganto is known as a “force-to-be-reckoned with,” having successfully led facility start-ups, technology additions/transfer, and customer diversification efforts for a global manufacturing firm that employed more than 1500 employees in the U.S., China and Mexico.

An “Engineer by Osmosis”, Ray has been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business, served on the Crain’s Manufacturing Round Table, published in Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine and been a guest on Bootstrapping in America, and Illinois Business this Week. He holds undergraduate degrees in Plastics Technology, Management/Finance and an MBA in Operations/Org. Development.
